    I celebrated my 10th anniversary with my partner at the hotel. Especially at the pool and the Matador restaurant where we enjoyed a nice meal. The food and poolside cocktails added to the experience, though a coffee maker was missing in the room until I asked for one.

    Exceptionally clean place & very polite staff who was the best waiter. Great and pleasant location, next to Boardwalk. Next to the warm and shallow clear ocean.

    very nice service, amazing ocean views

    When we arrived, we were welcomed with a refreshing cocktail. The double shower in our room was a luxurious touch, and having a wrap-around balcony made our mornings magical. The staff genuinely cared about our comfort.

    Had a very very good stay on vacation, everything was amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed the way my guest room was arranged with comfortable facilities, breathtaking balcony views, extra bottles of water. The staff were genuinely helpful and had a sense of humour. The location was perfect, a walking distance from Basement Miami.

    The staff provided excellent service, especially at the pool and Matador bar, where we had nice meals. The lack of a coffee maker in the room was a small inconvenience, and the minibar pricing could use some clarity to avoid unexpected charges.

    The room was fresh and clean with a private bathroom, tv, minibar, and a seating area. Loved the spa facilities. We got a scrub and the therapists were super friendly. The pool area was fantastic with attentive service at the bar, and the food at the Matador restaurant was amazing! Beach chairs and umbrella included, a huge plus.
